The AL100 adapter is used for fitting SSP31..., SSP81... and SSP61... series electric actuators to older 2W..., 3W... and 4W... valve types that are not directly compatible with direct mounting using an M30 × 1.5 union nut.

Application

The adapter is intended for installing SSP... actuators on Siemens valves of older series:

• 2W... – two-port valves
• 3W... – three-port valves
• 4W... – three-port valves with T-bypass

Important

The use of SSP... actuators in combination with valves from other manufacturers (other than Siemens) invalidates the warranty offered by Siemens. For trouble-free operation, the valves must meet the following requirements:

• Threaded connection with M30 × 1.5 union nut
• Rated force F ≤ 160 N
• Dimension x (with the valve fully open): x > 9.0 mm
• Dimension y (with the valve fully closed): y = 14.5 mm
