The GM230.18 damper actuator from Belimo is designed for adjusting air dampers in building services systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). The actuator provides a torque of 40 Nm, operates on AC 100–240 V mains voltage, and supports both open/close and 3-point control modes. Parameters can be configured wirelessly via NFC using the Belimo Assistant 2 app.
