The valve ensures that the pressure in the heater does not exceed and prevents accidents. The selection of the correct valve should be based on the input pressure in the system, which should be 20% less than the maximum operating pressure of the valve. The valve is installed before the heater in the pipe leading cold water to the heater.
The valve has a pre-seated seal that is separated from the diaphragm. Ventilation can be performed by turning the handle on the valve. The valve is made from high-quality brass alloy with only a low lead content. The vent cap is made of plastic reinforced with glass fibres. The sealing elements and diaphragm are made of heat-resistant elastic synthetic material.
