Download PDFThe sludge separator with a magnetic ring removes all impurities and rust particles from the flowing thermal medium. It is primarily used in heating and air conditioning systems, but can also be applied to other closed circuits. Cleaning is quick and easy and can be done even during operation, as the magnetic ring is located outside the vessel. The sludge separator features a large settling chamber, which means cleaning is not required too frequently.
The magnetic ring mounted outside the settling vessel creates a strong magnetic field that extracts impurities from the flowing medium.
The sludge separator is installed horizontally under wall-mounted boilers, where other separators would not fit. It is designed for installation with rigid, non-flexible piping.
At the inlet of the sludge separator, there is an external thread G 3/4", and at the outlet, there is a compression fitting of 18 mm.
