The Sensit SC 500 CO2 sensor is designed for measuring carbon dioxide concentration in indoor areas protected against water. It uses an NDIR module and converts the measured value to a 4–20 mA current output, making it suitable for use in measurement and control systems, particularly in HVAC applications and air quality management. The device is housed in a plastic head made from LEXAN material and meets IP30 protection. Another advantage is the auto-calibration function, which helps maintain correct adjustment to the minimum level corresponding to the outdoor CO2 concentration. The sensor is intended for installation on an internal wall in a standard non-aggressive environment.
