The Danfoss 1 mm spacer washer is an original accessory designed exclusively for AB-QM pressure-independent balancing and control valves. The washer serves as a positional adaptor when installing actuators on the valve stem – correct insertion of the washer ensures precise seating and full actuator functionality, without causing mechanical overload or incorrect valve stroke.

The pack contains 5 washers, covering the needs of a typical installation or minor maintenance work without the need to order individual pieces.

Application

The 003Z0257 washer is used in combination with actuators mounted on AB-QM valves for valve sizes DN10–DN32 (½″–1¼″). It is required in particular where the actuator or adaptor geometry requires compensation of a 1 mm axial distance in order to achieve the correct installation position.
