The Danfoss OD B oil nozzle with code 030B0149 is a high-performance nozzle designed for industrial and commercial high-pressure oil burners. It ensures precise atomisation of heating oil (diesel / light fuel oil) into fine droplets in a semi-solid cone pattern, enabling efficient and even combustion with minimal emissions.

The nozzle atomises the heating oil into a very fine mist with a precisely defined cone shape. In the burner chamber, the oil mist mixes homogeneously with air and, once ignited by the ignition electrode, ensures optimal and economical combustion. The OD B (Semi-solid) type produces a semi-solid conical spray pattern suitable for commercial and industrial burners with high static air pressure – the fuel is distributed evenly across the flame cross-section with slight reinforcement in the centre of the cone.

With a flow rate of 22 gal/h (86.36 kg/h) , this nozzle is intended for powerful industrial burners with high heat outputs. For high flow rates (above 1.75 gal/h), the nozzle is fitted with a Monel filter, which protects the nozzle orifice from clogging with impurities from the oil.
