The original Danfoss OD S series oil nozzle is designed for high-pressure oil burners used in both domestic and commercial applications. The nozzle is compatible with both light and heavy heating oils, and each unit undergoes 100% flow rate and performance testing in accordance with the EN standard.

The OD S nozzle produces a solid spray cone, in which the oil droplets are evenly distributed across the entire cross-section of the cone. This spray pattern is suitable for burners with high static air pressure and ensures efficient combustion at lower flow rates. The brass body provides corrosion resistance and a long service life. An integrated 75 µm sintered bronze filter protects the nozzle against impurities in the fuel.
