The Danfoss RA 2944 thermostatic head automatically regulates the room temperature based on the currently measured temperature. The head measures the temperature using an integrated temperature sensor. It is equipped with frost protection, a setting range limitation, and a desired temperature lock.

Installation of the head is quick and easy thanks to Danfoss's snap-on mounting technology. Simply place the head on the valve and press until you hear a click. This connects the head to the valve. The connection can be secured against dismantling by purchasing and installing an anti-theft lock.

The head should have free space around it to ensure sufficient air circulation, allowing the integrated sensor to accurately detect the room temperature. Therefore, a suitable placement is on heating bodies that have enough space around them and are not obstructed by anything.
