Download PDFThe Danfoss Redia thermostatic head is equipped with liquid-filled bellows, ensuring a quick response to changes in ambient temperature. The head measures the temperature using an integrated temperature sensor. It features frost protection, a setting range limitation, and the ability to lock the desired temperature. This variant also allows for complete flow shut-off.
The head should have free space around it to ensure adequate air circulation, allowing the integrated sensor to accurately measure the room temperature. Therefore, it is best placed on heating units that have plenty of space around them and are not obstructed by anything.
