The Danfoss SonoMeter 40 (187F2000) is a compact ultrasonic heat energy meter designed for residential and commercial heating systems. The device meets the requirements of MID approval class II (B+D) and is designed for remote meter reading (AMR) via the M-Bus interface. It consists of an ultrasonic flow sensor, a pair of Pt500 temperature sensors, and a calculator with integrated circuits for temperature measurement, flow calculation, and energy calculation.
