The Danfoss DN 25 weld-on end connection is an original accessory designed for AB-QM pressure-independent balancing and control valves. It enables the valve to be permanently and reliably welded to the pipework of a heating or cooling system, ensuring a strong, tight and vibration-resistant connection without the use of threads or unions. The end connection is supplied as a set of 1 piece and is made of non-alloy structural steel (W. Nr. 1.0308), suitable for standard applications in hydraulic systems. The package always contains exactly one weld-on end connection.

This part is designed specifically for AB-QM and AB-QM 4.0 valves in threaded versions for nominal size DN 25. A weld-on connection is the preferred alternative to screwed unions wherever maximum mechanical joint strength, resistance to medium leakage, or permanent installation without the need for future dismantling is required. Thanks to the standardised DN 25 size, the end connection is compatible with a wide range of applications in industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
