Download PDFThe double pump group DDA111 is used both for direct hot water supply from the boiler and for mixing hot water from the boiler with return water from the heating unit. The mixing unit is equipped with a 3-point actuator ARA661. Water pumping from the boiler is ensured by a Wilo brand pump - PARA 15-130/8-75/SC. The group is designed for two separate heating circuits.
The pump group consists of a mixing and direct group. The mixing part is composed of a mixing valve controlled by an actuator. The direct group contains a manifold and two shut-off valves with thermometers on both the supply and return pipes. Check valves and two high-efficiency Wilo PARA circulation pumps are included. Everything is enclosed in a thermal insulation casing.
By purchasing the additional DVA111 set, the DDA111 pump group can be expanded to DAA111 with two mixing groups.
The direct part of the group serves for direct pumping of hot water from the boiler and its supply to the heating system. Cold water flows back from the heating unit. The mixing part mixes hot water from the boiler with cooler water returning from the heating system, creating the ideal required temperature determined by an external temperature regulator or thermostat. The mixing function is ideal for use in underfloor heating.
