The Flamco Airfix A pressure expansion vessel for potable water is designed to compensate for changes in water volume and stabilise pressure in DHW/potable water systems. The special flow-through design allows the medium to pass continuously through the vessel, reducing stagnation and suppressing bacterial growth. The vessel is intended for vertical installation and is fitted with an IIR (butyl) diaphragm. For installation in pipework, a threaded connection and a solution with a flow distributor are available, which can be easily fitted into a standard T-piece. The product is approved for use with potable water and complies with PED requirements.
The Flamco Airfix Control connection set (28930) is required for installation of the Flamco Airfix A potable water expansion vessel.
