The Flamco Airfix A pressure expansion vessel for potable water is designed to stabilise pressure and compensate for volume changes in cold and domestic hot water systems. Thanks to its potable water design, it is suitable for hygiene-critical installations.

The special flow-through design helps to reduce water stagnation and therefore the formation of bacteria – the medium flows continuously through the vessel (with a synthetic flow divider for installation in a standard T-piece). The vessel is approved for use with potable water in accordance with the relevant certifications.

The Flamco Airfix Control connection set (28930) is required for installation of the Flamco Airfix A potable water expansion vessel.

The 18 L Airfix A is designed to be installed directly on the pipework using the connection kit , rather than wall-mounted. If you have a specific requirement to fix it to a wall, please let us know and we'll be glad to advise on a suitable solution. Airfix control valve: Yes, you can order it from our web shop. The part is the Flamco Airfix Control Connection Kit (code 28930), currently in stock at €30.99 (excl. VAT). Please note this connection kit is required for installing the Airfix A vessel, so we'd recommend adding it to your order. You'll find it listed under "Accessories" on the vessel's product page.
