The Flamco Contraflex pressurised expansion vessel is designed for sealed heating and cooling systems, where it compensates for changes in water volume due to temperature fluctuations and helps maintain stable system pressure. The vessel is fitted with a flexible diaphragm with a rolling action and a nitrogen charge to retain the pre-charge pressure for longer. It is also suitable for water/glycol mixtures up to 50% and meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
