The Flamco Contraflex 250 l pressurised expansion vessel is designed for sealed heating and cooling systems. When heated, the volume of water in the system increases – the vessel safely accommodates this expansion and helps maintain the pressure at the correct level. The vessel is fitted with a flexible SBR rubber diaphragm with a rolling action and is nitrogen charged to retain the preset pressure for longer. The fully welded construction with epoxy powder coating is also suitable for water/glycol mixtures up to 50%.
