Magnetic impurities present in piping systems and released from pipes can cause a range of problems in heating/cooling systems - from noise to pump damage and reduced heat transfer. Flamco Flamcovent Clean Smart F separators capture these particles using 25 neodymium super magnets. Occasionally, it is sufficient to release the magnet, and the impurities will be flushed out of the system through the drain valve along with the water.

Air and impurities are also removed very efficiently thanks to the dual-flow function. As water passes through the separator's fitting, it flows into the wider part of the Venturi tube and from there is directed into the separator chamber, where it is stripped of bubbles and impurities. It is then injected back into the Venturi tube, this time into the narrower part, and from there it continues into the distribution system.
