The Flamco Prescor safety valve is used to protect sealed heating systems against exceeding the permissible pressure. When the set opening pressure is reached, the valve opens and relieves the system. The diaphragm design is engineered so that, at the opening pressure, the valve opens in a manner suitable for full discharge. The valve is intended for water or a water/glycol mixture (up to 50%) and for normal operating temperatures of heating circuits.
