The Evikon E2610-LEL is a detector designed for monitoring methane (CH₄) concentration in the air. The device uses a semiconductor sensor that provides accurate measurements within the lower explosive limit (LEL) range.

The device is housed in a wall-mounted enclosure with an IP20 protection class, ensuring quick exposure to the detected gas. Additionally, it features visual and acoustic alarms for timely warning in case of increased methane/natural gas concentration. Methane is colourless and odourless, so odourants are added to natural gas to allow easy detection of leaks. Calibration Protocol

Each package of Evikon gas detectors includes a factory calibration protocol. The calibration protocol is in English. Gas concentration measurements are influenced by operating temperature and humidity. Therefore, calibration during the detector's manufacturing is performed with higher safety in mind.
