Carbon monoxide detector is used to measure the level of detected gas in the air and provide early warning of a dangerous (toxic) concentration. Solvent vapours can explode at high concentrations. It is therefore essential to ensure early leak warning using a detector.

It does not have its own visual or audible alarm. The E2670 series detectors are an intelligent solution for modern applications with ModBus RS485 communication and two analogue outputs 4-20mA/0-10V. They are also equipped with two switching relays that activate connected devices when two preset values are detected.

Manufactured in a robust aluminium housing with IP66 protection, resistant to mechanical damage. Rigid, tough, resistant to both low and high temperatures, and safe for health. Suitable for use in ATEX Zones 2 and 22. More detailed information about ATEX can be found in the declaration of conformity and the data sheet.

Each detector is factory calibrated to default values (described in the manual). According to the user's requirements, the detector can be set to a toxicity range of 0...1000 ppm. The law stipulates that recalibration must be carried out at least once every 6 months. Calibration may only be performed by a person certified by the manufacturer.

The recommended coverage area for one sensor is 80-120 m², with a radius of 5-6 m.
