Download PDFMembrane safety valve for closed central heating systems, designed to protect heating equipment from pressure exceeding. It is suitable for use with pressure heaters with heating or with steam and hot water generating devices. It can also be used in solar heating systems.
The valve body is made from a red brass alloy with low lead content, and the springs are made from spring steel. The valve seat with sealing is recessed and separated from the membrane. Ventilation of the valve is carried out using a rotary handle.
When selecting the correct valve, the maximum pressure of the heating equipment should be observed. The size of the connection is determined according to the equipment's output. For equipment with higher output and pressure, a maximum of three safety valves are allowed.
