Honeywell ML713CPA is a compact modulating linear valve actuator from the SALINA ML71xCPA series, designed for precise control of medium flow in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The actuator operates on a 24 V AC/DC supply voltage and delivers a force of 300 N to the valve stem. It supports modulating control via a 0(2)–10 V DC signal as well as On/Off operation. Thanks to automatic self-calibration of the stroke (max. 9 mm) and the standard M30×1.5 mm threaded interface, it is compatible with more than 250 types of Honeywell linear valves (up to DN40/50) as well as third-party valves.
Compared to the previous generation, the actuator is approximately 30% smaller, making installation easier in confined spaces, for example above suspended ceilings. It includes both mechanical and electronic manual override with a holder for the manual control knob, three-colour LED status indication, a physical valve position indicator and 0(2)–10 V DC position feedback. The actuator offers a choice of characteristic curve (equal percentage or linear), behaviour in the event of signal loss (fail-in-place), and configuration via 8 DIP switches. The corrosion-resistant design, halogen-free cables and IP54 protection rating ensure reliable operation even in more demanding environments.
