Honeywell CENTRA ZR25FA is a four-way control (mixing) valve, DN25, with Kvs 10 and flanged connection to DIN 2531. It is used to control the flow temperature in heating and air-conditioning systems by mixing hot water from the boiler with return water from the system. The valve body is made of GG20 grey cast iron with a chrome-plated control cone, which ensures a linear control characteristic.
The CENTRA ZR25FA valve is used in heating systems and air-handling equipment where the flow water temperature to radiators, underfloor heating or air-handling units needs to be controlled. A typical application is in combination with Honeywell M6061/VMM or M7061/VRM electric actuators, which open and close the valve according to the required temperature. The medium is heating water or a mixture with Antifrogen N antifreeze (max. 50%), making the valve suitable for systems with frost protection as well.

Technical parameters:
The valve is factory-set with the hot water inlet (from the boiler) on the left-hand side. The setting can easily be changed simply by turning the valve stem.
The valve is designed to work with Honeywell M6061/VMM or M7061/VRM actuators, which ensure reliable operation throughout the valve’s service life.
The valve is intended for heating water or a mixture with Antifrogen N antifreeze at a concentration of max. 50%, which provides protection against freezing and corrosion.
The leakage rate is less than 1% of Kvs at the maximum permissible differential pressure. To prevent higher leakage, the valve should not be exposed to the full inlet pressure of the system.
