Honeywell CENTRA ZR65FA is a four-way control (mixing) valve DN65 with flanged connection in accordance with DIN 2531. It is used to control return water temperature in heating and air-conditioning systems and is typically installed together with an actuator from the M6061/VMM or M7061/VRM series.
The valve is used in boiler rooms and plant rooms for mixing heating water, where it is necessary to maintain a constant return water temperature to the boiler and thus protect it against low-temperature corrosion. It is also used in air handling and air-conditioning circuits, where it controls the temperature of the medium supplied to heat exchangers.
Thanks to the wide range of Kvs values across the entire ZR series (DN15 to DN200), the valve is selected according to the required flow rate and the pipe size of the specific installation.

The valve body is made of GG20 grey cast iron, the control plug is chrome-plated and treated with a special lubricant for long service life. The connection can be rotated into any position, allowing the valve to be installed in pipework with different connection arrangements. The factory setting has the boiler flow on the left; switching can be carried out simply by turning the shaft.
Technical parameters:
The valve is designed for electric actuators from the M6061/VMM or M7061/VRM series, which ensure a rigid and reliable connection throughout the valve’s service life.
The valve is intended for heating water or its mixture with antifreeze liquid (e.g. Antifrogen N) at a concentration of up to 50%, within a temperature range of +2 to 130 °C.
From the factory, the valve is set with the boiler flow on the left. If you need the opposite arrangement, simply turn the shaft of the mixing plug.
Medium leakage at the maximum permissible differential pressure is less than 1% of the Kvs value. To prevent this value from increasing, the valve should not be subjected to inlet system pressure beyond the stated differential pressure.
