The room thermostat with a large LCD display and simple controls is perfectly suited for controlling gas or oil heating systems, underfloor and electric heating, and zoned systems. Additionally, it can also be used in cooling applications. It combines elegant design and an easy user interface with efficiency and high functionality.
For its operation, the thermostat requires 2 AA alkaline batteries, which last 2-4 years, and it will alert you if the batteries are running low. The thermostat can be mounted on an installation box or directly on the wall and is intended only for fixed wiring.

The large display with high contrast resolution offers easy readability and displays more information. The large characters are especially appreciated by people with weaker eyesight. In addition to the current temperature, it is possible to set the display of the desired temperature.
The desired temperature can be set using the arrow buttons on the right side of the display. The temperature adjusts in half-degree increments.
If the thermostat is no longer needed, it can be turned off by holding the power button for 2 seconds. Upon turning it off, frost protection automatically activates (adjustable between 5 and 16 degrees). Frost protection can also be turned off in the thermostat's installation mode, resulting in a complete shutdown.

The thermostat uses a self-learning time-proportional control algorithm based on "fuzzy logic". This results in faster response and better performance in steady state. Temperature regulation is thus very precise and increases energy savings.
