The LRNH51024-007 float switch provides simple and reliable monitoring of liquid levels in industrial vessels and equipment. When the level changes, a magnet located in the float actuates a reed relay, which makes or breaks the control circuit. Thanks to the glass-filled polypropylene used for both the float and the housing, the switch is resistant to a wide range of aggressive liquids.

Both the housing and the float are made of glass-filled polypropylene, which offers low water absorption and excellent chemical resistance. The switch is mounted from the outside of the vessel using a ½" NPT thread and is fitted with a 2 m connection cable. Typical applications include level control of oils, diesel fuel, acids, hydroxides, coolants and aqueous solutions in industrial automation and building services engineering.

Detects liquid level with hysteresis – the float closes at a 40° deflection from the axis and opens again when returning to 5° from the axis
