Water leaks and frozen pipes can cause significant damage, which can now be avoided with the new product from Honeywell. The Lyric W1 detector can be easily placed in problematic areas (bathroom, attic, sinks, etc.), where it can function independently or be connected to an extension probe that can detect flooding along its entire length. This solution is ideal for wrapping around pipes that need monitoring. Additionally, the built-in sensors monitor temperature and humidity in rooms, helping to prevent pipe freezing and mould formation. The device comes with a 1.2 m long cable that is sensitive along its entire length and can be extended up to 150 m.

Leak Detection

If a water leak occurs, a built-in siren with a volume of 100 dB will sound, and you will be immediately informed via the Lyric mobile app, allowing you to keep everything under constant control. Honeywell has also considered that you can be at ease even when you are away from home for extended periods. In the Lyric app, you can set up leak notifications for your friends or family.
