Honeywell XI15B2.5 is a three-way linear control valve, DN15, with female thread and Kvs 2.5. It is used to control the flow of hot or chilled water as a mixing or diverting valve, operated by an external linear actuator.
The valve is used in heating, cooling and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to control both hot and chilled water in closed as well as open circuits. It is typically installed on fan coils, heat exchanger circuits or mixing assemblies, where smooth control of the mixing ratio of two water flows or switching the flow between two circuits is required. Thanks to the female thread (Rp 1/2"), it is suitable for direct installation into pipework without the need for a flanged connection.


The valve body is made of brass, the stem is stainless steel, and the seat on DN15 is stainless steel. The self-adjusting packing (spring-loaded PTFE V-rings with carbon fibres) ensures a low leakage rate even after prolonged operation. The flow characteristic is equal percentage on port A–AB and linear on port B–AB, allowing precise temperature control across the full stroke range. The total flow remains constant throughout the entire plug stroke.
