A thermostatic head for controlling room heating, suitable for installation on heaters, convectors, and radiators. It precisely regulates the room temperature by comparing the measured and set values. The room temperature is measured using an integrated liquid sensor. Naturally, it includes frost protection.

The temperature is adjusted by turning the head cover according to the numerical markings. The set temperature can be locked to prevent unwanted changes.

The head is also suitable for use in areas with increased hygiene requirements such as healthcare or the food industry and others. The smooth cover is easy to clean quickly.

Function

The head responds to changes in room temperature by closing or opening the radiator valve based on the expansion of the liquid in the sensor. If the temperature rises, the liquid in the sensor expands and acts on the bellows. This then acts on the radiator valve and closes it. Conversely, when the temperature drops, the liquid contracts, allowing the valve to open. Thus, the head does not require any additional energy for its operation.
