The thermostatic head with integrated sensor IMI HALO is used for regulating room temperature. It is attached to radiator valves with a connection size of M30x1.5. The liquid-filled thermal sensor offers high regulation accuracy

The temperature is adjusted by turning the head cover to the desired level between six and twenty-eight degrees Celsius. The markings on the head are directly in degrees. The set temperature can be locked at a given value using a locking pin. Frost protection is, of course, included.

The head is also suitable for use in areas with increased hygiene requirements such as healthcare or the food industry, among others. The smooth cover is easy to clean quickly.

Function

The head responds to changes in room temperature by closing or opening the radiator valve based on the expansion of the liquid in the sensor. If the temperature rises, the liquid in the sensor expands and acts on the bellows. This then acts on the radiator valve and closes it. Conversely, when the temperature drops, the liquid contracts, allowing the valve to open. Thus, the head does not require any additional energy for its operation.
