Download PDFWilo-Sub TWI 5-SE-307EM-FS is a submersible multistage pump designed for pumping clean water from tanks, cisterns or wells. The pump is equipped with a single-phase motor (1 × 230 V), an integrated float switch and a bottom suction port for connection to a floating suction system. The delivery includes a control box with thermal motor protection, a 20 m power cable and a securing rope.
The Wilo-Sub TWI 5-SE-307EM-FS is designed for submerged installation on the bottom of a tank, cistern or well – the maximum immersion depth is 17 m. Typical applications include the supply of drinking water or service water in households, small operations or agriculture. The pump can deliver a head of up to 78.8 m, making it suitable for deeper boreholes or distribution systems with greater elevation requirements. Thanks to the SE design (bottom suction with floating suction), it can pump water out almost from the very bottom of the tank.
Technical parameters:
SE indicates a version with a bottom suction port for connecting a hose with a floating suction strainer – the pump therefore draws water from just above the bottom of the tank. FS means an integrated float switch, which automatically switches the pump off when the water level drops and protects it against dry running.
The pump is installed submerged on the bottom of a tank or cistern. The delivery includes a stand with 4 damping pads for stable positioning on the bottom. The suction hose and float filter for floating suction must be ordered separately as accessories. The delivery also includes a control box (IP55) with thermal motor protection, an ON/OFF switch and a 2 m cable with a protective contact plug.
The pump is designed for clean water with a maximum sand content of 50 g/m³ and a medium temperature of 5–40 °C. All parts coming into contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It is not intended for wastewater, chemically aggressive liquids or heavily contaminated water.
The suction hose and float filter for floating suction are not included in the delivery and must be ordered as accessories. Optionally, pressure sensor control (0–6 to 0–40 bar), a higher-level Wilo HiControl or ElectronicControl control unit, and additional float switches for level control can be added.
