The flood sensor is used to detect leaking water. As soon as the sensor indicates a water leak, it sends a signal to the Peveko Smart Valve, which shuts off the water supply within 6 seconds. The sensor can detect even small amounts of leaking water. It should be placed as close as possible to the potential leak site to detect the leak as quickly as possible.
Thanks to its small size, it can be installed even in hard-to-reach areas. The sensor runs on batteries, which last up to 12 months and can be easily replaced. In open spaces, the sensor range is up to 100 m, but this distance is reduced in buildings.
