Rotary actuator for ball valves with emergency control function equipped with an integrated auxiliary switch. Easy installation directly onto the valve using a single screw. The position relative to the valve can be selected from four options, each in 90° increments. The actuator is protected against overload, requires no end switches, and stops once the end stop is reached. The auxiliary switch can be set in the range of 0...100% for signalling purposes.

Function

The actuator moves the valve to the working position simultaneously as the return spring is tensioned. In the event of a power failure, the valve rotates back to the emergency position due to the force of the tensioned spring.
