The Schischek ExMax-15.30-Y actuator assembly and 3-way mixing valve 3F100 represents a robust and reliable solution for industrial applications where precise control of heating and cooling media flow is required. The combination of an ATEX-certified electric actuator and a cast iron valve with flanged connection ensures long service life and reliable operation even in demanding conditions.

The Y version allows continuous control of 0–10 V / 4–20 mA and also supports three-point control.

The 3-way valves of the 3F series are designed for both mixing and diverting functions in heating and cooling systems. Thanks to their robust cast iron construction and flanged connection, they provide a reliable solution for applications with higher demands on stable flow and precise regulation.

The 3F models are made from high-quality cast iron and equipped with internal parts and seals adapted for a wide range of liquids. The valves are a suitable choice for operations where long service life, easy installation, and mechanically resistant construction are required.

Suitable Media

• Liquids: water, cooling liquids, heat transfer media compatible with EPDM.

• Gases: the valve is primarily intended for liquids; use for gases only after assessing compatibility and pressure class.

The range of use is from –10 °C to +110 °C and up to pressure class PN 6.
