The ASR0.4N valve insert is a spare part designed for Siemens MVS661..N (ACVATIX™) modulating refrigerant valves. It is used to restore the valve’s original flow characteristics in the event of wear or when the parameters of the refrigeration circuit change. The insert is fitted directly into the valve body without the need for any additional adjustment.

Application

The ASR0.4N valve insert is intended for modulating control of refrigeration circuits, including chillers and heat pumps. It is compatible with ammonia (R717), standard safety refrigerants and carbon dioxide (CO₂ / R744). The insert is used in expansion applications, hot-gas bypass circuits and suction throttling applications.
