Rotary actuator for controlling air dampers without fail-safe function (without return spring). Designed for 2-position or 3-position control in ventilation, air-conditioning and heating (HVAC) systems. The actuator provides a torque of 35 Nm, suitable for dampers with an area of up to 6 m². The operating angle is mechanically adjustable within the range 0–90°. The direction of rotation (left / right) is selected by electrical wiring.

The robust die-cast aluminium housing ensures a long service life even under demanding operating conditions. The self-locking gearbox with magnetic coupling protects both the actuator and the damper against overload. A gearbox release button allows manual positioning without power supply. The actuator is supplied with a pre-wired connection cable, 0.9 m in length.

Typical use

The actuator is designed for ventilation and air-conditioning equipment where large air dampers with high torque requirements (up to 35 Nm / 6 m²) need to be controlled. It is used in combination with 2-position or 3-position controllers. Typical applications include supply and extract air systems in industrial buildings, shopping centres, office buildings and hospitals.
