The sensor detects the intensity of sunlight both inside and outside buildings. It is useful where it is necessary to balance solar radiation using heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Its use is particularly advantageous in buildings with large glass surfaces or buildings exposed to strong and prolonged radiation. The sensor detects the radiation level using a photocell and converts it into an electric current corresponding to the given level. The measured data is then sent via an output signal in the range of 4...20 mA or 0...10 V to any device capable of receiving and processing this signal.
