Download PDFFlow switch suitable for any pipe size DN 32...200. Requires no maintenance. It can be manually set to either make or break the circuit. Monitors flow in hydraulic systems - in heating systems, with cooling devices and heat pumps.
The switch consists of a base with an external threaded connection size R1" and a cover, which is attached to the base with two screws. Under the cover in the base, there is a microswitch, a transfer lever with a control screw, a blade holder, and an opening for the cable. The package also includes four blades of different lengths and screws for their attachment.
The switch is installed into a T-fitting R1". Before and after the installation point, there must be a calming section with a length of 10 times the nominal flow rate of the pipe. The arrow on the body of the switch should point in the direction of the flow during installation.
