The SOVIK Boiler Room Manager fault signalling and control system provides continuous monitoring and signalling of operating, fault and emergency conditions of heat sources and related technologies. The device is designed in accordance with modern safety requirements for gas boiler rooms and heat sources with an output above 100 kW, or from 50 kW.

Plug and Play

The system is designed as a complete solution for quick installation in a control cabinet and is factory-prepared in Plug and Play mode for standard applications. For most boiler room applications, the Boiler Room Manager system does not need to be reconfigured. The boiler room status can be monitored locally using the clear HMI display or via the SOVIK mobile app.

If required, the Boiler Room Manager can be adapted to suit the needs of the boiler room.

Meet legislative requirements

The SOVIK Boiler Room Manager system fully complies with the requirements of ČSN EN 12828+A1 for hot-water heating systems with heat sources above 50 kW (or 100 kW respectively). To ensure compliance with the valid standard for gas boiler rooms ČSN 07 0703 and the gas industry rules TPG 904 01, the system is prepared for expansion with external detectors for combustible gas leaks and CO. Once these elements are integrated, SOVIK Boiler Room Manager forms a comprehensive safety node meeting all current legislative requirements.

Transition to a new generation

The SOVIK Boiler Room Manager fault signalling system directly follows the tradition of the Siemens Boiler Room Manager 1.0 and Siemens Boiler Room Manager 2 fault signalling systems. SOVIK Boiler Room Manager is, as tradition dictates, built on high-quality Siemens Climatix hardware, enabling long-term use in industrial conditions.
