The ESBE VTA 330 series thermostatic mixing valve is designed to be as precise as possible in regulation, response speed, and to ensure safe operation even at high flow rates. It can maintain these characteristics regardless of pressure fluctuation conditions.

Application

  • Distribution of fresh/drinking water
  • Distribution of water with antifreeze additive (≤ 50% glycol mixture)
  • Closed water system

The thermostatic mixing valve ensures highly accurate temperature regulation at points of use for domestic hot water, taps, and especially in showers without the presence of additional temperature regulation devices.

Valve Function

The valve is capable of providing precise and reliable regulation thanks to the rapid response of the thermostat. This feature ensures minimal temperature change, regardless of pressure fluctuation conditions. The valve has an asymmetrical flow arrangement of water. A very important function is the scald protection from hot water. In the event of a failure or interruption of the cold water supply, the hot water supply is automatically shut off.
