The Taconova NovaZone DN 20 three-way zone valve is equipped with an electric motor and a return spring for circuit control in cooling, heating, and air conditioning systems. It regulates the supply of the desired medium in individual zones or systems using a manual drive lever. The spindle is sealed with a series of O-rings. The flow medium can be water or glycol mixtures.

Installation

Function

• The change in valve body position is initiated by a single-pole contact (e.g., switch or thermostat). Without power, the spring returns the valve to its original position, so the valve cannot be stopped in an intermediate position.
