The dual-function control valve VVG 549.... by Siemens is suitable for use in district heating systems. Suitable for heating media up to 130 °C, it can also be used for temperatures up to 150 °C for short periods. It can be used as a control (mixing/distribution), safety, or shut-off valve. External connection threads of the valve can be fitted with ALG..2B union sets. It can also be used with ALS..2 sets for welded joints. It is made of bronze.

VVG 549... valves are suitable for use with Siemens SQS, SSY319 and SAT actuators. Before the actuator is connected, the valves are equipped with an included protective cap, which allows for manual regulation.
