Honeywell VPE15M15BV is a pressure-independent control valve (PICV) from the VPE series for DN15, designed for heating and cooling systems with variable flow. In one compact body, the valve integrates three functions: a diaphragm-type differential pressure control valve (DPCV), a presetting device enabling the maximum flow rate to be set, and a two-way linear control valve. Thanks to this integration, it maintains the flow rate at a constant value regardless of the pressure conditions in the hydraulic network – automatically providing hydraulic balancing and eliminating the need to install separate balancing valves.

The VPE15M15BV model is fitted with a G 1/2" M external thread (ISO 228-1) and is supplied without pressure ports. The maximum flow rate is set to 150 l/h (presetting position 9); the valve covers a flow range of 19–150 l/h. The operating differential pressure range is 25–600 kPa. The valve body is made of dezincification-resistant DZR brass (CW602N), with EPDM-X seals. The weight of the valve without actuator is 0.32 kg.

The differential pressure controller is designed to withstand contaminated water containing microparticles – the moving parts are designed with minimal friction, and the controller is removable and cleanable. The flow characteristic of the control valve is linear and can be software-converted in the actuator to equal percentage. The valve complies with the BSRIA BTS1/2019 standard and the water quality requirements according to UNI 8065 / VDI 2035/1.

The VPE15M15BV valve is compatible with the full range of Honeywell actuators: M400 and M4100 series thermoelectric actuators, M6410, M7410A and ML711CPA(-N) motorised actuators. VPE0A7010 adapters are included in the package.
