The Honeywell VPE20M20BV is a pressure-independent control valve (PICV) from the VPE Series for DN20 pipework. In a compact DZR brass body, it combines three functions: a diaphragm differential pressure controller, a presettable flow controller, and a linear two-way shut-off valve. The flow remains constant across the entire operating differential pressure range of 30–600 kPa, regardless of pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic circuit. The valve therefore eliminates the need for separate balancing valves and simplifies system commissioning.

The version with external G 3/4" M thread (ISO 228-1) without pressure ports is designed for variable flow heating and cooling systems with variable speed pumps. The maximum flow rate is preset directly on the valve using a rotary setting dial with 9 positions. The valve is compatible with a wide range of Honeywell electric and thermoelectric actuators.
