The Honeywell VPE25M25BL valve is a pressure-independent control valve (PICV) from the VPE series, designed for hydraulic balancing and flow control in heating, cooling and fan coil systems. Thanks to its integrated differential pressure control, it ensures a constant flow rate regardless of pressure fluctuations in the pipe network, eliminating the need for a separate balancing valve.
The VPE25M25BL model is supplied without an actuator (BL = without actuator, with G1" female thread, DN25), with a maximum adjustable flow rate of 2,500 l/h. The flow rate can be adjusted externally using a special key, even while the system is in operation, without interrupting the flow of the medium. The valve body, made of durable DZR brass, ensures a long service life even under conditions of degraded circulating medium.
The VPE series features a unique differential pressure regulator design that can be inspected and flushed, allowing the valve to operate reliably even with an increased content of iron oxides in the water (up to 900 ppm according to Honeywell internal tests, in accordance with VDI 2035). The valve is fully compatible with Honeywell M6410, M7410, MLP and other series of electric actuators.
